Terms of Service

By using the TorgX.com web site (the Service) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.


General

  1. TorgX owns the intellectual property rights to all components of the Service. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer or decompile any aspect of the Service.
  2. TorgX claims no intellectual property rights over the Content you upload to the Service.
  3. TorgX does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements and expectations, the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, the Service results will be accurate, any errors in the Service will be corrected.
  4. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
  5. You can not use the Service for unsolicited email (spam).
  6. We may, but have no obligation to, remove any your Content that we determine as unlawful, offensive, threatening, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
  7. TorgX is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Service.

Payment

  1. A valid credit card is required for paying accounts after the free trial period.
  2. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds for partial months of service, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
  3. All fees are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes or duties.
  4. TorgX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason with or without notice.
  5. TorgX reserves the right to change the monthly fee upon 30 days notice from us.

Cancellation

  1. All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation.
  2. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
  3. TorgX has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time.
